All packages are sent via Purolator, UPS, Canpar, DHL or Canada Post.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email including a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
Local orders can choose “local pickup Edmonton” at the checkout for free pick up. We will email you with confirmation of where you can pickup from and at what time. We offer contactless pickup! 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip soon as they receive their item.

All packages are shipped via Purolator, UPS, DHL or Canada Post. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Glam by Shiny Lashes.
All Glam By Shiny products and services are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Note that the time in transit does not include the time that custom takes to release the order. Also, due to Covid-19, the delivery time may be a bit longer than normal.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We do our best to ensure the items you ordered arrive in pristine condition, however damage may occur that is out of our control. If you contact us about a damaged product, we will look into the matter for you promptly and do our best to resolve the issue.
