We offer both In-studio and Mobile Hair and Makeup Service in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our studio is located in Millwoods, Edmonton. For In-studio bookings, you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
Bridal Makeup always takes 2 hours and bridal hair takes between 1-2 hours depending on the specific hairstyle, length and thickness of clients’ hair. Bridal Party or Guest Services take 45-60min per person per service. We also provide you with an itemized Timeline Specially Created for your event (taking into consideration your desired start time for service, what time everyone needs to be ready by and what time your photographer will arrive). Timelines are sent out upon booking confirmation.
Yes! I use a mix of luxurious brands and non-comedogenic products. I test out each and every product on myself before i decide to add it to my kit to ensure my clients are getting only the best quality products.
If the wedding is postponed or canceled, the retainer amount will be held and transferred to a new date within one year of the original booking date if the artist is available. For bridal parties/ group bookings, if a client cancels or reduces booked services less than 7 days before the appointment, they are still required to pay for all canceled services as other family/ guests may not fill the vacancies.
Yes we offer mobile hair and makeup services in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Additionally, we also travel for destination weddings. Please inquire about travel rates outside of Edmonton.
Yes! Shiny has a professional team of 4 hair and makeup artists. Each team member is hand-picked to ensure they can execute the same style of work and professionalism as her.
YES! We require a 50% non-refundable retainer with a signed contract to secure your date, time, and artists. The retainer applies to your overall balance. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the service after the services are rendered. We request that the retainer and the remaining balance is paid in one transaction by the contract holder. We accept all major credit cards or cash. We do not accept cheques or money order payments.
